These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, mobile applications, and other products and services ("Services") provided by Empty Cup Media LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By downloading, installing, or using any of our applications, or by accessing our websites, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms on your behalf. We do not knowingly provide Services to children under 13 without parental consent.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Services without our written permission
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without authorization

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and game content — are the exclusive property of Empty Cup Media LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included content, nor may you reverse-engineer or attempt to extract any source code, except as permitted by law.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some of our applications offer in-app purchases, including subscriptions. These purchases are processed by the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds for purchases made through the App Store must be requested through Apple's refund process.
• Pricing may change from time to time. We will provide notice of material price changes where required.
• Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless canceled beforehand.

6. User Content and Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or other communications to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback into our products and services without obligation to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information or content provided through our Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Empty Cup Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty dollars ($50), whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Empty Cup Media LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nevada.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Empty Cup Media LLC regarding the use of our Services and supersede any prior agreements.
